Tomas works in the National Sports Agency, a public governing body responsible for sport in the Czech Republic. He is responsible for creating strategies for Czech sport and EU relations.
During the Czech Presidency of the Council of the EU in the second half of 2022, Tomas chaired the Working Party on Sport and lead the work on the topic of sustainable and accessible sports infrastructure.
Tomas is based in Prague and is an avid sports fan and active sportsman.

Born in 1974 in Białystok, Poland, Tomasz Frankowski is a former Polish national footballer. He played in several football clubs such as Jagiellonia Białystok, Wisła Kraków, RC de Strasbourg, Potiers, Martigues, Elche, Nagoya Grampus Eight, Wolverhampton Wanderers, CD Tenerife and Chicago Fire. He is the third most successful goal scorer in Polish football league history.
After his successful football career, he became a member of the Civic Platform. Following his election to the European Parliament in 2019, he is a member of the Committee on Culture and Education (CULT) and a coordinator of the EPP Group in this committee. He is also a co-Chair of the Sports Group in the European Parliament. Tomasz Frankowski was also appointed the EP rapporteur on “EU sports policy: assessment and possible ways forward” report which was adopted by a large majority at the plenary session in Strasbourg in November 2021.

Vincent Ven is a Swiss/Hong Kongese sports lawyer who has undertaken several roles within football governing bodies since 2012. From 2017 to 2020 he held the position of Head of Integrity at FIFA and in August 2020, Vincent joined UEFA as Head of Anti-Match-Fixing.
His and his unit’s core responsibilities and activities are to promote and preserve the integrity of European football matches and competitions. More specifically, Vincent’s role is to develop UEFA’s anti-match-fixing strategy through preventive measures, integrity related investigations and the establishment of integrity programs in coordination with various stakeholders such as the 55 UEFA National Associations, international organisations and law enforcement agencies.
Besides, Vincent has been elected as a member of Tennis Europe Ethics Commission in 2023.
